the retreat

Who should come.

This is for anybody who wants to unplug for a week, move, sweat, surf, eat amazing healthy food, read a book, and hang out with wonderful people. Look forward to wild nature, the most gorgeous rice paddy views, and cliff front sunsets. Participate as much as you want. Nap. Have good conversations. Healthy alone time….a retreat should feel like a treat!

The yoga.

Each morning will consist of guided morning rituals, meditation and a powerful Vinyasa practice, in our beautiful open air yoga shala. Expect to be challenged, but also supported. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a questionnaire, so that we can get to know a little bit about you and so we can tailor your yoga practice to suit your specific needs. You will also have the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of advanced asana through optional afternoon workshops. The evening practice will be restorative and Yin inspired, leaving you feeling nurtured, relaxed and rejuvenated.

The Food.

We find only the best chefs to nourish our souls with mother natures goodness. Enjoy healthy organic, farm to table food with all the vibrant colours of Bali. We provide two meals a day to help fuel your practice and daily adventures. You also get the opportunity to do your own exploring of the authentic local cuisine with lunches and evenings out. You definitely will not leave hungry :)

Extras.

We know there are many activities people would like to participate in other then yoga. During your free time you can get out and explore the Balinise culture, beautiful beaches, and world famous surf. We are happy to assist in organizing tours, lessons and anything else you may need.
