Terms and Conditions
A $400usd deposit is required to reserve your spot on our SEAFOLK RETREAT Immersions and $200usd deposit for one of our Island Hop Escapes, this deposit is non refundable.
Remaining balance of your total booking is due 45 days prior to retreat check in date, this final payment is non refundable.
If cancellations are made after the booking is confirmed and up to 45 days prior to the retreat check in date, the entire payment will be non refundable and non transferable.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle SEAFOLK retreats to cancel your booking whereupon all payments will be kept.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. - Bank transfers do not attract a payment fee
Credit card/Pay Pal payments attract a 3% payment fee - All payment fees are the responsibility of the guest.

If You Cancel:
Please note that there will be no refunds for flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason more than 30 days before the beginning of the retreat, we can not refund your payment. You have the option to transfer 50% of the payment to any of our already scheduled retreats if there is availability. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centres and accommodations, plus the costs of staff. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
If We Cancel:
In the very unlikely case that SEAFOLK cancels any of the retreats due to too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a yoga retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Means any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to, war, or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, unavoidable technical problems with the villa, transport, or closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, pandemics, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions. In the event of any of the above refunds or compensation payments cannot be made.
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancelation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in the yoga retreat
• The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• Lost baggage or personal items
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
By agreeing to the above stated and by making a payment against an invoice from SEAFOLK retreats, you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between SEAFLOK retreats on behalf of yourself and any other members of your booking.
